Our service offerings are basically divided
into two areas, pre-sales and post sales. This segregation is important
to help us to be fully focused.
Pre-sales services are basically the
necessary activities needed from a technical perspective to secure a
deal. These activities are an integral part and are inevitable for a
successful sales cycle. Without proper management or lack of such
activities, a deal can be lost to a competitor or even worst when
customer purchases a non-workable solution. These activities are;
Solution Architect
This is where the technical engineer will meet the customer or business
partner and do a systems requirement study of the IT infrastructure requirement needs. This
process or activity is crucial because without proper information on
the requirements, a wrongly proposed solution will be useless to the
customer and also to the company.
Proposal Generation
Proposal generation is a process where we generate written proposals of
a required solution and produce the necessary related documents such as product brief, datasheet,
technical white paper and network diagram. This proposal will be
in-line with customer’s requirement and needs.
Quotation Generation
Upon proposing the required solution components, i.e. hardware and
software, etc., a detailed pricing list or quotation will be generated
and submitted to the customer.
Technical/Hardware & Solution Presentation
Our technical team has the competency to deliver a comprehensive
technical presentation based on the proposed hardware infrastructure
solution.
Another value-added service rendered by the
technical support team is to conduct technology and product updates
periodically to our business partners as well as end-user customers.
